PropertyWorkHQ starts with six service categories already represented in the QuoteCapture portfolio. Coverage is activated provider by provider and market by market.
Trash, junk & turnovers
Bulk-item removal, move-out cleanouts, estate/property cleanouts and ordinary non-hazardous renovation debris. Requests feed the existing TrashPickupServices provider pool.
Plumbing
Leaks, drains, fixtures, supply issues and property/commercial plumbing requests. Urgent situations are prioritized by server-side rules and feed the existing plumbing pool.
Water damage / restoration
Water extraction and restoration matching. PropertyWorkHQ is not emergency services and does not provide safety, insurance or remediation advice.
Flooring repair
Damaged flooring, turnovers, repair/replacement evaluation and property repair scopes routed to flooring providers where coverage is active.
HVAC / furnace
Heating and HVAC service requests. Initial coverage follows the existing HVAC/furnace pool and expands market by market as providers are activated.
Commercial roofing
Commercial repair, inspection, replacement and portfolio projects route into the existing commercial roofing pool.
