Operating model
PropertyWorkHQ is the demand desk. QuoteCapture is the routing engine.
The platform is intentionally narrower than property-management software. It helps organize property-service demand and connect qualified requests to independent providers.
1. Property manager sends a work order
The request captures trade, geography, property context, access, urgency and contact information.
2. Routing is derived server-side
The browser cannot choose provider eligibility or priority. The server assigns the appropriate existing service pool and urgency level.
3. QuoteCapture checks the network
Providers are considered using service pool, coverage, capacity and verification state. A submitted request does not guarantee a match.
4. Repeat accounts keep context
Property managers can optionally create a private workspace after a successful request and store properties and future work orders without creating a traditional password account.
What this does not replace
PropertyWorkHQ does not handle leasing, rent collection, property accounting, tenant screening or full maintenance dispatch. Keep the property software and vendors that work; use this desk where the network adds coverage or convenience.
