PropertyWorkHQ is an independent request-routing and matching platform. It is not the contractor, property manager, insurer, emergency responder or guarantor of any provider.
Independent providers
Providers remain independently responsible for licensing, permits, insurance, safety, site assessment, scope, pricing, contracts, employees and service performance.
No guaranteed match
Coverage, capacity and provider willingness vary by trade and market. A submitted request may receive no provider match.
Property authority
You must be authorized to submit the property/service information you provide and to request access or work at the location.
Emergencies
PropertyWorkHQ is not emergency services. For immediate threats to life, safety, fire, gas or other emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency authority or utility.
